Peoples Democratic Party Stalwart from Khana Local Government Area of Rivers, Comr. Baranu Daniel Neebari has described the commendation for the Governor of Rivers State, Chief Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike by the Director-General, Nigerian Centre for Disease Control NCDC, Dr. Chikwe Ihekweazu on the fight against coronavirus as a testament proving that the Governor and Government of Rivers State is on the right track in the fight against the pandemic.
Comr. Baranu who is also the Leader and Ambassador of Generation Now Project popularly referred to as Project General made this assertion known on Sunday April 19th 2020 in response to the working visit of the NCDC and speech of its Director General to the Rivers State Government where he commended the Governor on his firm proactive measures taken so far which has halted the spread of the pandemic in Rivers State.
He also commended the medical experts of the Rivers State Government led by the State’s Commissioner of Health, Prof. Princewill Chike for showing such a high level of professionalism and being good Ambassadors of the state.
The erstwhile Rivers State House of Assembly hopeful for Khana Constituency 1 appreciated and beckoned on Rivers people and residents to keep supporting the Governor and Government of Rivers State in their efforts to ensure that the state does not record further cases of the global destructive pandemic.
