The House of Representatives has suspended its constitution review exercise slated for Tuesday and Wednesday in Owerri, Imo state capital following the security situation in the state.
The Deputy Speaker and Chairman, Constitution Review Committee of the House of Representatives, Ahmed Wase, announced the suspension in a statement.

He regretted all inconveniences the suspension may cause participants.
This comes less than 24 hours after the the former aide to ex-Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan, was killed by gunmen on Saturday night
