A stakeholder and APC stalwart in Okpokwu Local Government , Hon Noah MacDickson has called on political leaders and parties in the festering political crisis in the area to bury their differences in the interest of the people of the local government for the council to move forward.
MacDickson admonished the political leaders in Okpokwu to consider the collective interests of Okpokwu people above personal interest ,ego and political differences.
According to him,no meaningful development will take place in Okpokwu in an atmosphere of disunity and mistrust among leaders in the council.
Hon Dickson further added that the political bickering at this moment in the history of the council is unnecessary and called on well meaning citizens to prevail on aggrieved parties to tow the path of peace which Okpokwu is known for.
He also called for a cessation in the malicious, concocted ,provocative and wild allegations been published by this leaders and their proxies on social media platforms
