Our attention has been drawn to yet another false report and propaganda targeted at Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike by APC founded and sponsored online newspaper, Premium Times.
In a report titled: Governor Nyesom Wike’s loyalists open Premium Times Facebook page for deception, propaganda”, the media terror gang of APC tried in vain to link Governor Wike to a Facebook page.
We are aware that Premium Times as major beneficiaries of illicit funds from the immediate past Governor of Rivers State are under strict instructions to hatch false reports and circulate same on a regular basis against Governor Wike.
Nigerians know Premium Times as a megaphone of the APC and are therefore advised to treat this falsehood with disdain as they have done in previous instances.
Only recently, another independent medium pointed out how Premium Times was used by APC chieftains against a prominent Niger Delta indigene. This is one of such instances of the APC terror medium.
Premium Times lacks credibility and professionalism. It is a medium funded by APC leaders to engage in anti-people propaganda aimed at advancing their negative political agenda. Simply put, Premium Times is the media arm of the APC. Nobody is deceived by their posturing.
We are certain that this will not be the last fabricated report in Premium Times kitty. As the political situation in Rivers State unfolds, we expect Premium Times to circulate more falsehood and propaganda on behalf of their paymasters.
