The testimonies that the Rivers State Governorship Election held on April 11, 2015 went on peacefully and successfully without any reported incident of violence by the three senior security officers who coordinated security for the election at the Governorship Tribunal have exposed Rivers State APC as a gang of desperate liars and cheats.
The testimonies of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, ACP A. Kenneth who served as Area Commander for Bori Zonal Police Command in charge of nine local government areas and that of Chief Superintendent of Police, CSP, Uche Mike Chukwuma who served as Divisional Police Officer, DPO, for Ahoada East Local Government Area on Election Day proved the Rivers APC as desperate liars who hired junior police officers, junior DSS operatives and junior soldiers to lie shamelessly at the Rivers State Governorship Election Tribunal.
Also, the testimony of Emmanuel Philips, the Rivers State Governorship Monitoring Team Commander of the Department of State Services, DSS at the tribunal further exposed the irredeemable lying habit of the Rivers APC.
All three senior security personnel who directly handled security for the Rivers State Governorship Election on April 11 confirmed same to be peaceful and violence free. They declared that there were no cases of snatching of election materials and no reports received from field officers to that effect.
These officers between themselves monitored elections in 15 local government areas. Unlike the junior security hirelings of Rivers APC, they were active participants and observers. The liars called by Rivers APC told the tribunal that they were only told stories of the election.
Having been exposed as shameless liars and political cheats, the APC resorted to using the Police High Command and the compromised DSS Leadership to intimidate the witnesses of truth. Once again, the have failed.
Despite the Rivers State APC Legal Team at the tribunal denying that the Rivers State APC did not facilitate the desecration of the temple of justice by the police officers and DSS operatives who attempted to arrest the witnesses of truth, all circumstantial facts point to the direction of the propaganda and corruption hugging party.
The Rivers State APC was rejected by the people of Rivers State because of their love for corruption and their diversion of Rivers State resources to sponsor party candidates across Nigeria to the tune of 80 percent. Over N3trillion accrued to Rivers State under the administration of former Governor Rotimi Amaechi, which was squandered on political frivolities, leaving the state completely under-developed and debt ridden. The Rivers State APC left salaries and pensions unpaid with students on foreign scholarships abandoned to suffer.
Rivers people were under obligation to teach the Rivers State APC a political lesson and that was what they did on April 11.
