Wilfred Ndidi was voted Man of the Match in Leicester City’s 3-1 home win against Liverpool at the King Power Stadium on Saturday, reports
Brendan Rodgers’ men rallied back from a goal down to win to beat the champions in the keenly contested encounter.
Ndidi, who returned to the Foxes starting line-up after missing their last two league games due to injury set up Harvey Barnes’ third goal five minutes from time.
Mohamed Salah opened scoring for Liverpool in the 67th minute, while James Maddison equalised for the hosts in the 78th minute.
Jamie Vardy put Leicester ahead for the first time in the game in the 81st minute before Barnes added the third four minutes later.
Ndidi was voted by Leicester supporters ahead of Barnes and Caglar Soyuncu.
